By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Description of Service
LigoSync is a multi-channel customer relationship management platform that integrates various communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), AI-powered automation, and team collaboration tools.
3. User Accounts and Security
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Security Measures: We provide security features, including Two-Factor Authentication (MFA). We strongly recommend enabling these features to protect your data.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Pricing Plans: Access to certain features is based on your chosen subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Business).
- Credits: AI features and specific messaging channels may consume "Credits." These are allocated monthly based on your plan or purchased as top-ups.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send "spam," unsolicited bulk messages, or prohibited content via integrated channels.
- Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy).
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Fine-tune AI agents for biased, harmful, or illegal purposes.
6. Data Privacy and Ownership
- Your Data: You retain all rights to the customer data and content you upload to the Service.
- Our Data: We own all rights to the Service's software, design, and proprietary algorithms.
- AI Training: We do not use your private customer communication to train global AI models without your explicit consent.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, Google Gemini, Meta). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LigoSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings menu.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
